Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your new lunchbox or snack pots.  If however you want to return it for any reason,  please return any products within 30 days after receipt for either exchange or refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  If it has been longer than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of product defects, you can return them at any time up to 10 years for a refund or replacement. 

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at earthcaretakerscollective@gmail.com and we will confirm the shipping address for you to return it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.  If 7 working days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at earthcaretakerscollective@gmail.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed.  if you are shipping an item over £50, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
